YourFlixUS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Notice explains our policy regarding copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1No Content Hosting

YourFlixUS is a technology service that provides access to third-party streams. We do not host, store, upload, record, or control any audio or video content on our servers. All media is provided by independent third-party sources outside our control.

2Copyright Compliance

We take copyright concerns seriously. While we do not store content, we will act in good faith to address valid complaints by forwarding them to the relevant third-party providers and, where applicable, restricting access to specifically identified streams.

5Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice with: your signature, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

6Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who misuse the service in violation of our Terms of Service.

7Good-Faith Cooperation

While YourFlixUS does not host content and is not the appropriate party to remove third-party media, we cooperate in good faith with legitimate rights holders and will take reasonable steps within our control to address valid concerns.
