3Subscriptions & Payment

Subscriptions are offered on monthly, 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month plans. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the following:

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change with notice for future renewals.
• Subscriptions are non recurring there is no automatic renewal or auto charge.
• Access is activated after payment confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.

4Free Trial

We offer a 24 hour free trial with no credit card required. Free trials are limited to one per customer/household and are intended for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke trials in cases of abuse.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service infrastructure.
• Exceed the number of simultaneous connections permitted by your plan.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

YourFlixUS does not host, store, record, or own any of the media content accessible through the service. All content is provided by third party sources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of any specific channel or program. Channel lineups may change without notice.

7Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third party provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourFlixUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
